Q: Why don't folders and files look like normal windows folders when I use the FTP? A: Your settings are not correct in your browser. If you have Internet Explorer, try going to the TOOLS menu, and chooose INTERNET OPTIONS. Go, then, to the "Advanced" tab on the far right. |

(You'll know what version you have based on the
settings you can choose. Note that Windows ME comes with IE 5.5) |

| If you are using version
5.0: go to the bottom of the Browsing section and make sure that "Use
Web Based FTP" is unchecked. |

| Then you can hit OK and try accessing the site again (click refresh icon or press F5 key a few times). | |||
Q: I changed my FTP settings and I still can't get into the FTP server. Now what? A: You can try changing your security settings to allow specified access to our site. Here's how in Internet Explorer: |

| As before, go to the
TOOLS menu, and chooose INTERNET OPTIONS. Go, then, to the "Security"
tab (in IE 5.5 the second tab from the left). Click
on "Trusted sited" or the Green Check icon. Then click the
"Sites" button. |
