Q: Why don't folders and files look like normal windows folders when I use the FTP? A: Your settings are not correct in your browser. If you have Internet Explorer, try going to the TOOLS menu, and chooose INTERNET OPTIONS. Go, then, to the "Advanced" tab on the far right. |

(You'll know what version you have based on the
settings you can choose. Note that Windows ME comes with IE 5.5) |

5.0: go to the bottom of the Browsing section and make sure that "Use
Web Based FTP" is unchecked. |

Q: I changed my FTP settings and I still can't get into the FTP server. Now what? A: You can try changing your security settings to allow specified access to our site. Here's how in Internet Explorer: |

on "Trusted sited" or the Green Check icon. Then click the
"Sites" button. |
